With a rich history spanning over 35 years in coaching, training, and teaching, I've traversed various avenues of the fitness landscape, accumulating a wealth of insights along the way. My journey has been fueled by a deep-seated aspiration: to cultivate meaningful connections with those I have the privilege of working with. Whether engaging with individuals on a one-on-one basis or fostering dynamic interactions within small groups, my mission remains rooted in the power of genuine human connection.

 

The culmination of my 10-year involvement in the fitness realm has crystallized into an approach that values both the personal and collective experience. I'm a firm believer in the strength of groups, and I find joy in facilitating shared growth through camaraderie and mutual learning. Together, we embark on a journey that transcends the pursuit of fitness, encompassing the dimensions of connection, empowerment, and, most importantly, unabashed fun!
